On Phenom Poker, your funds exist in two places: your main wallet and your table balance.
Main wallet balance
This is your overall account balance. Funds here are available for:
- Joining cash game tables (buying in)
- Registering for tournaments and Sit & Gos
- Transferring to other players
- Withdrawing to an external wallet
Table balance
When you join a cash game table, you move chips from your main wallet to that specific table. These funds are "in play" and not available for withdrawal until you leave the table.
How funds move
- You deposit USDT — it arrives in your main wallet
- You join a table — funds move from main wallet to table balance
- You leave a table — funds return from table balance to main wallet
- You withdraw — funds leave your main wallet to your external wallet
Why can't I withdraw my full balance?
If your withdrawable balance looks lower than expected, you likely have funds sitting on one or more tables. Leave those tables and your full balance will appear in your main wallet.
