What happens if I send funds on the wrong network?

If you accidentally sent crypto to your Phenom Poker wallet on an unsupported network, here's what to do.

Can my funds be recovered?

Our support team can attempt to recover funds sent on the wrong network, but recovery is not guaranteed. The possibility depends on the specific network and circumstances.

What to do

  1. Do not send any additional transactions — wait until the issue is resolved
  2. Contact support immediately at support@phenompoker.com
  3. Include: your nickname, the token and amount sent, the network you sent on, and your transaction hash (TX hash)

How to avoid this in the future

  • Always select Polygon as the network when sending USDT to Phenom Poker
  • When in doubt, send a small test transaction first before transferring larger amounts
