Loyalty tiers are not permanent. Each tier has a retention period.
Retention periods
- Bronze: Permanent (default)
- Silver: 30 days
- Gold: 90 days
- Platinum: 180 days
- Phenom: 365 days
After the retention period expires, your tier is re-evaluated based on recent points earned.
Exception: Tier Warping via PHNM staking maintains your tier as long as the required amount stays staked.
