- Collusion (players working together against others)
- Chip dumping
- Soft play
- Bot activity
- Any other suspicious behavior
How to report
- Note the Hand ID(s) involved
- Email support@phenompoker.com with: your nickname, the suspected player's nickname, Hand IDs, a description of the behavior, and any screenshots or recordings
All reports are reviewed confidentially using automated detection combined with manual review. Violators face suspension, fund confiscation, or permanent ban. Don't hesitate to report — even if you're not 100% certain.
