Why is my deposit not showing? Troubleshooting pending deposits

If you've sent a deposit but don't see it in your Phenom Poker wallet, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

1. The transaction is still being confirmed on the blockchain

Most deposits arrive within a few minutes, but blockchain transactions can sometimes take longer depending on network congestion. Give it 10–15 minutes before taking further action.

How to check: Look up your transaction hash (TX hash) on a blockchain explorer like PolygonScan (polygonscan.com) for Polygon transactions or Etherscan (etherscan.io) for Ethereum transactions.

2. You sent on the wrong network

If you sent USDT on an unsupported network (e.g., Tron, Solana, BNB Chain), the funds won't arrive automatically. See: What Happens If I Send Funds on the Wrong Network?

3. You sent a token that isn't supported

Only specific tokens on Polygon and Ethereum are accepted. Check the supported list in: Supported Cryptocurrencies and Networks for Deposits.

4. Exchange withdrawal still processing

If you're sending from a crypto exchange, the exchange itself may have a processing time before broadcasting the transaction. Check your exchange's withdrawal status.
