If you can't log in to your Phenom Poker account, try these steps.
Not receiving the email OTP?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you're entering the email address you registered with
- Wait 60 seconds, then request a new code
- Try a different email client or device
2FA code not working?
- Confirm the time on your authenticator app's device is synced correctly (many 2FA apps rely on accurate time)
- If you've lost access to your authenticator app, contact support with your backup/recovery codes
Account appears locked or restricted?
- Your account may be under review or temporarily restricted for security. Check your email for any messages from Phenom Poker
- If you've self-excluded, your account will remain locked for the chosen period. See: Self-Exclusion Information and Instructions
