Loss limits stop you from playing once you've lost a set amount in a session or period — helping prevent chasing losses.
How to set a loss limit
Contact support@phenompoker.com with:
- Your nickname
- The limit type: per session, daily, or weekly
- The maximum loss amount
When the limit is reached, play is restricted until the period resets. Increases or removals may include a cooling-off period.
