How to self-exclude
Email support@phenompoker.com with your nickname and your desired exclusion period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
During the exclusion period
- You cannot log in or play
- Your balance and account data remain safe
- You won't receive promotional emails
- Tournament registrations may be cancelled with a refund
Important: Self-exclusion cannot be ended early. Your account reactivates automatically when the period expires.
