Contact support@phenompoker.com with your nickname and your preferred break length: 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.
Your account is locked during the period. Your balance remains safe. Tournament registrations may be cancelled with a refund. Your account reactivates automatically when the period ends.
There's no shame in taking a break — it's a responsible choice.
