Hand IDs are essential when reporting gameplay issues to support.
How to find your Hand ID
- While at a table, find the chat box in the bottom-left corner
- Click Hand History
- Click View on any hand to see the Hand ID
Important
- Hand history is available for the current session only
- Note down Hand IDs before leaving the table
- Always include Hand IDs when reporting issues to support
