How to Troubleshoot Disconnecting Issues

If you're experiencing frequent disconnections, follow these steps.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Check your internet — run a speed test, try a wired connection
  2. Close background apps/tabs competing for bandwidth
  3. Restart your router — unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in
  4. Try a different browser or the desktop app
