Troubleshooting steps
- Check your internet — run a speed test, try a wired connection
- Close background apps/tabs competing for bandwidth
- Restart your router — unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in
- Try a different browser or the desktop app
- Clear your cache — see: How to Clear the Cache on Your Device
- Disable VPN/proxy — these can add latency and cause drops
