How to close or deactivate your account

If you'd like to close your Phenom Poker account, our support team can help.

How to request account closure

1. Send an email to support@phenompoker.com from the email address registered to your account
2. Include your Phenom Poker nickname
3. State that you'd like to close your account

Before closing your account, please note

• Withdraw your funds first. Make sure your wallet balance is zero before requesting closure
• Account closure is permanent. Once closed, your account, nickname, hand history, and associated data will no longer be accessible
• PHNM tokens. If you hold staked PHNM tokens, unstake and transfer them before requesting closure
