Phenom Poker uses a secure, passwordless login system. Instead of a traditional password, you'll verify your identity each time you log in using an email one-time password (OTP).
Logging in
- Go to phenompoker.com or open the Phenom Poker app
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP)
- Enter the OTP to complete your login
Additional security options
You can add extra layers of protection to your account:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — use an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) for a second verification step
- Passkey — use biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) on supported devices

Accessing Phenom Poker on different devices
- Desktop browser — visit phenompoker.com in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Mobile browser — visit phenompoker.com on your phone's browser
- PWA (Progressive Web App) — install the app on your phone for a native app-like experience
- Desktop app — download the Windows or macOS client from the Phenom Poker website
Troubleshooting
- Not receiving the OTP? Check your spam/junk folder. If it still doesn't arrive, wait 60 seconds and request a new code
- If you've lost access to your email, contact support at support@phenompoker.com
