You'll typically need to provide:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 3 months)
- A selfie for identity confirmation

Processing time
KYC reviews are usually completed within 24–48 hours. During peak times, it may take slightly longer.
Common reasons for KYC rejection
- Blurry or unreadable document photos
- Documents are expired
- The name on your documents doesn't match your registration details
- Proof of address is older than 3 months
- Selfie doesn't clearly match the photo on your ID
If your KYC is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Simply resubmit with corrected documents.
