When you request account closure, we want to make sure you don't lose access to your funds.
Before closure
We strongly recommend withdrawing your entire balance before submitting a closure request. You can withdraw to any external USDT (Polygon) wallet address with no fees and no minimum amount.
If you still have a balance
If your account has a remaining balance when you request closure, our support team will work with you to arrange a final withdrawal.
PHNM tokens
If you have staked or unstaked PHNM tokens, make sure to:
- Unstake any staked tokens
- Transfer or sell your PHNM through the token dashboard before closing your account
Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the token dashboard.
