How to Report a Bug or Technical Issue

Email support@phenompoker.com with the following information:

1. Your nickname
2. What happened — describe the issue clearly
3. When it happened — date, time, and what you were doing
4. Steps to reproduce (if possible)
5. Device, OS, and browser (with version)
6. Screenshots or screen recordings
7. Hand ID (if gameplay-related)
